the car has a horrible miss fire after installing shorty hookers,
the shop i had put the plugs and wires in didnt have any 90 boots so they cut the wires and put 90 boots on could this be the problem, i order taylor 8mm with 90 in case but thats the only thing that would make much sense for the missfire any other suggestions

Thats what I would say it is. I actually swapped the wires around. The 90 degree, that was on the cap, to the straight that was on the plugs. Until I could get some accell wires. I bought the custom wires so I could make my own lengths.
I bet they didnt do a very good job on the wires....or make sure they arent laying on your headers! If thats the case, there fried!

double check your firing order. even with new wires if they were nor properly put in a loom the wire can still touch the header. You may want to examine your wires and make sure that none touched the header. There should be discoloration, burn, or a melted area where the wires could have touched. Also check your knock sensor those plugs tend to get broken especially during header instals. Maybe the headers are allowing you to hear a miss you had before with a the new headers.
