What injectors are best for this

355, ported 081 heads (bowls, bigger valves, ports), LT1 cam (.477/.489), 1.6 rockers, matched TPI base, ported plenum, stock runners (for now), AFPR, etc...

I was going to use a set of L98 ones which would have been good, but now my friends needs them back and I'm left with 19lbs ones. Will these work or no? The ones I gave him are off a '93 Formula LT1 motor. What lbs are those? He ran the #'s saying they are '92 Corvette TPI ones that are only 19lbs as well, what gives?

19 lb/hr are too small for your engine. I'd use 24 lb/hr with a stock PROM, 26 lb/hr with a custom PROM.

IIRC, they are 22 lbs/hr, which would flow enough for that engine setup.

What would be better the stock L98 or the LT1? Because I'll be using the L98 ones and my buddy will be using the LT1 injectors in his HSR power'd 355

They're both the same flow rating, 22 lbs/hr. Your buddy will probably need at least 24 lb/hr injectors, most likely 30 lb/hr if he's got a decent cam and heads. I was almost maxing out (>85% duty cycle) SVO 24 lb/hr injectors on my 355 with TF heads, LT4 HOT cam, and heavily ported SLP runners and Edelbrock manifold.

Hmm well his cam I think is only .505/.510 or something. Stock valvetrain too. Dart Iron eagle heads, HSR etc...\

But you think the L98 ones be good for me?
