No Start! Have Spark And Fuel Pressure!?! Help would be Great!

Hey guys I have a 1992 Speed Density 305 TPI engine. It will not start and is getting aggravating!!!!!! I have hooked up the scan tool the Tech 2 and the results are as follows:

-When I got to crank the engine over I am not getting and injector pulses on the scan tool!? Neither is it showing any duty cycle out of them.

-Also I have no DTCS it just simply will not start.

My question is what controlls the injectors and where should I be looking? Does the Oil Pressure switch have any effect over this?

THANKS GUYS ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT THANKS

I think the oil pressure switch can affect your no start situation. However, when my stoker motor would not start (I had fuel pressure, it would turn over, and I had spark), it was the electronics in the distributor. The distributor tells the ECM to fire the fuel injectors. I bought a new dizzy, solve my problem. I think that you can change out just the electronic module (sp) and save alot on money.
