Heres the setup -

350 .040 over thus giving a 357
AFR 195cc heads 68cc combustion giving 9.5 ratio 2.02 int flowing 260cfm at .500 1.6 exh flowing 190cfm at .500 lift and my springs are limited to .550lift
Hooker 2055 Headers along with 3" exhaust
TPI setup stock at moment however will adjust this to match afr 195cc head flow numbers or as close as possible.

Now my question is what would be the right cam for this setup to get the most potential power from the motor saying my rpm will max at 6000.

And will I need to run 92+ oct gas or can i run 87 safely?

 

well with 9.5 comp.. you should be able to but it would be safer to go withmid grade gas at the pump... now for your cam...the same one i am buliding my motor around.. i say this because your setup is dern close to mine.... its from lunati 50139 its range is from 2800 to 6000 or 6600 not sure but it would be perfect... not too too much vacuum loss so you still have brakes and a 3300 stall is what you will need for your tranny or you couldnt pull a wet string out your butt with it ...the lift on the cam is 502/502 i forget exactly what the duration but its close to 290/290
