I got # 24 ford injectors for my 89 irocz put them in it runs like **** almost like 1 cylinder is not geting fuel? not sure i need help on how to trouble sute the problem give it gas and it does not feel like it has any power at all i changed injectors in the first place cuz it had #30 in it and was runing way to rich no chip burnt lol so i figured ebay pick up some opend box ones from a kid they were said to be new and looked new it runs worse then before i changed them im so fired up!!!!! please help there in no fuel leaking out the top of the fuel rail so i beleave they seated ? how do i test impedence or what do i do email me or call jeremy @ 508 879 5555

 

You can test them with an ohm meter and make shure they are the same as the chevy ones. I wouldn't put anything Ford on the engine thats just me though. If the injectors sit around a long time the fuel gets nasty and can clog them. it normally cost like 15 each to get them cleaned. going from 30 to 24 it should run better. also make shure theres no air leaks.

 

Did you test them first? Do a search with regard to troubleshooting them. Made sure you have the clips in and they seated properly? Go buy a noid light, and ignore the ignorant statement about the FMS injectors, we've been using them for a looooooooooooooong time now. They certainly are better than the junk multecs GM stuck some people with.

Oh yea, why not list the color and injector number so we can verify they are indeed the ones you thought you were buying. There are some people on ebay that could be called shady... among other things.
