Bad fuel pump?
On my way home today I came to a stoplight started to slow down and my car just cut off didnt even stumble first. I tried to start it up again and it would crank but wouldnt start. So I then pushed it into a nearby parking lot and let it sit for a few minutes and then I tried it again and it fired right up. Any idea what this might be? Im thinking either the fuel pump or maybe the relay. I just checked the car out a few days ago and all the sensors are operating fine and I checked the Fuel pressure and it was in the normal range. Thanks for the help.

I just scanned the codes and these are the codes I got. I went to pull it into my driveway and it just did the same thing again it died out and then after a min or 2 it started up again. If anyone can help me diagnose this I would greatly appreciate it. Im scared if I drive it its gonna die out and not start back up again. Thanks!
21. TPS (Throttle position sensor) voltage high.
34. MAP (Manifold Air Pressure) sensor voltage high - pressure high/vacuum low OR MAF (Mass Air Flow) signal high - flow low.
42. EST (Electronic Spark Timing) circuit grounded OR fault at direct ignition system OR fault at fuel cutoff relay.

My two cents.
Fueling issues result in stumbling/hesistation./etc.
Ignition usually results in cutoffs/clean stalls/etc.
Do some basic checking.
Clear all the codes and see what resets.

If the TPS and MAP codes are recent, you might have some shorting problems somewhere.
When I bought my car, this is what the TPS connector looked like.
No wonder it was shorting to ground and shutting down my engine on the highway.

Check your wiring, you might have a similar problem.
Hope this helps.
