Need Help Quick: Porting Plenum

I just got done porting the plenum and I need help. I know this may sound stupid, but how do you clean out all the metal shavings in the plenum? Do I use water or what? If I use water do I have to unbolt anything from the plenum, like a sensor?

just spray some super clean in it and rinse it out with a hose......

I used an air compressor and blew it all out.
