Troubleshoot code 34???
I have an 86 iroc z that had a motor swap to a 1988 Corvette 5.7L TPI. Troubleshoot code 34 keeps popping up. I replaced the MAF sensor, but this did not resolve the issue. Car seems to run fine until the hose to the charcoal canister is connected. This was nnot connected when I purchased the car. Another problem is I cannot find an outlet to where the EGR hoses goes.
Help would be much appreciated,

I believe the EGR supply on a Corvette-headded engine is from a fitting on the RH exhaust manifold (specific to the Corvette engines). If you have mixed a Corvette TPI system onto non-Corvette heads, supplying the EGR could be a challenge.
As for the MAF error, a dirty MAF hot wire can reduce the sensor sensitivity. Any air admitted into the engine that is not passed through the MAF can also cause the error code. Common sources of air leakage are leaking intake ducts, PCV systems, brake power boosters, using a breather-type oil filler cap, any leaking gaskets or hoses, or a leaking EGR valve. In your case, the EVAP purge solenoid valve can also be leaking. A TPS setting which is too high can also contribute to the error.
