Whats your opinion of this combo
Im hoping to do a rebuild/heads intake etc by next year
Im thinking
(if i can do a 355 i will)
Stock Injectors with AFPR
First Injections Intake Maybe mildly ported
Trickflow Heads 64cc With 170cc Intake runner
Some 1.5 Rockers,Lt4 hotcam
Maybe some forged pistons
Ram Air Hood/intake
SLP Shortys, And a Hooker catback
Anyone wanna Guess on the horsepower/torque?
Thanks for any comments etc

I would go with the Trickflow 195CC heads with the dual valve springs. Also get the 1.6RR. There are better cams on the market these days. Look at the Comp Cams XFI 218 cam. It is similiar to the LT4 hot cam but on steroids.
Get flat top pistons. Also deck the block and figure how much to deck it for the proper compression. Use the .028" GM head gasket. With the proper exhaust, intake system and tune you will be well past 400HP and torque at the crank.

Desktop Dyno says 351hp @4500 and 433 tq @ 3000.
I didn't run the numbers on the stock injectors but I'm almost positive there is no way they will support 400 hp.

on a naturaly aspirated motor i think they should. but not higher. that would be the limit.(given that he got a AFPR) but regardless i would look in to new injectors. the stock once dont atomise the fuel nearly as well as most after maket injectors do. i would think some 28-30 lbs injectors would be more than good enough.
i would look at other cams.
like comp's 'computer controled' cams. but iam a fan of the duel patern cams. that intake setup can breath to at least 5700 rpms so i would make use of it.

Well, i was hoping as i think ive read they suport 450hp
O well, Svo 28's and a chip tune i guess :O
But, im liking those numbers I wonder though , say i just get some 1.6 rockers new springs on stock heads and the FIRST injections intake (with exhaust etc) for now if itll give me a nice noticible power gain
