cold air intake help needed/87 irocz 350 tpi
Hey i need some help ,right now my iroc currently has the factory air filter setup with the dual filters and the plastic assembly,but am looking for a cold air intake kit that has chrome tubing to give th engine bay that nice look,ive seen a couple cars with chrome cold air intakes,help would be greatly appreciated thanks alot,and if anyone knows were i can get what am looking for links would also be appreciated thanks

well its not chrome, but SLP makes a cold air intake kit

You can increase the stock flow by alot, but its not chrome.
For the engine bay, add some chrome parts to dress it up. For the air flow stuff, do the do-it-yourself ram air. Remove the air lid and the twin air filters. Look down in the square holes, remove the curved baffles that you see. Buy 4" dia ducting, and bring air up from where the fog lamps are. I removed the fog lamps from my IROCZ, and installed a similar ram air setup. I'm getting tons of air to run my 395 cu.in stroker. My setup is very effective.
Maybe you can paint the air lid for show.
