TPI swap question I haven't seen yet
Are the fuse panels for a TPI car the same as the ones for a TBI car? Are the fuses in the same locations and the same ratings from one to the other?

I've been swapping over a '93 Caprice wagon from a 5.7L TBI to a 400ci TPI with a 730ECM. There were no fuse changes envolved, but I did use a commercially prepared harness from Painless Wiring. There was one inline fuse to protect the ECM. I swapped a fuel pump relay only to make mounting under the dash possible to help clean up all the crap in the engine bay.
All other fuses were ancilliary systems, and were untouched, light lights, a/c etc. Wiring into the junction block under the dash was no fun, but I can't say what you'd be facing unless you are working on a B-body as well.
I should mention I'd put the TPI onto the original 5.7L first. Although I had many issues to deal with, and eventually scrapped the 5.7 (literally) none of the problems were fuse or harness related.
