fuel pressure

what should my fuel pressure be with car not running and key on?

I have 24 lb accel injectors

Why after when I turn the key to on position my fuel pressure goes up to about 50 then immediately falls off to about 15 lbs?

thx

jeff

50 is a little high, for 24's, unless the engine needs the flow. Secondly, your regulator, or injectors, might be bad since it bleeds off so bad. It should hold that pressure for quite a while.
