Help, Ive got the death shake!!

Ive got an 89 Tpi 5.7 Getting codes 15 24 32 and 34. Got new maf sensor,vss
Maf relays, checked tps and Iac all is good.Checked grounds,Im stumped. When I come to a stop the car gets this horrible shake and vibration almost like when the brake booster goes, and what ever it is is also making the car shift a little early.Runs okay for the most part it just happens when I come to a stop and am on the brakes,if i throw it in Neutral still with my foot on the brake it stops shaking.Im stumped car is all stock but headers and a.i.r delete.Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Solve the '15' (Low Coolant Temperature Sensor Reading) and much of your trouble may go away. Unless it's -40º, the CTS circuit has a problem.

Did you clear the ECM memory after replacing the MAF, VSS, and relays?
