Coming out of storage

Hey guys, I was just browsing around on my RX7 forum when I noticed this neat little article on taking an rx7 out of storage. The author put quite a bit of work into it and I was wondering if there was any specific article on how to take a Trans Am or a Camaro out of storage. I was also wondering if a lot of the stuff that he does to take a car out of storage is really neccesary, because I know a lot of guys on this site just change the oil and then start the car right up.

I also added some questions in my summary...

To sum up the article he says:
to walk around the car and check for animals and stuff growing on the car and inside the exhaust pipe, pull apart the airbox and check for animals, make sure the throttle bodies are not sticking, pull the spark plugs and check for excessive moisture in the engine and rust (the rust one I didn't understand completely if anyone can explain it), drain the coolant and flush the system, replace all the coolant hoses and heater lines, as well as all the belts, drain and change the oil, pull the spark plugs and put a few ounces of oil into each hole (this is something I thought may be different on thirdgens compared to rx7's because the rx7 uses a lot more oil that thirdgens), and turn the engien over by hand (how do you do this?), check the gas and if its yellow or looks decomposed siphon it out and pour in new fuel with injector cleaner, remove the fuel filter and flush out the lines (how do you do this on our cars?), turn the key to IGN for five seconds and turn off, do this several times to prime the fuel system, finally turn the car on.
