Can Vaccume Lines Cause this?

http://s89706284.onlinehome.us/camarorunning.wmv

Thats how my car runs right now, Vaccume lines are a little bit messed up/some missing

I know it can run bad but can it run this bad just because of that?

Also, im missing the EGR Vaccume Solonoid thingy thats bolted to the coil bracket, could EGR be messin up hardcore too?

Sorry for the fairly vauge post, im just out of ideas

I've had similar problems with the brake booster vacuum being off, that would have to be one BIG vacuum leak to make it do that. You haven't changed the cam or anything lately have you?

I changed the head gaskets, and put headers on

Since then its had little odds n ends that make it run like total *** and really frustrating me , So I guess vaccume could do this much damage to the idle? lol
