I'm moving this to TPI as part of your questions are TPI related. I would also recommend you doing a search as these questions have been answered many times (pay attention to the Alternative Port EFI Intakes board stuff https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/alte...-efi-intakes/). I believe that HSR and MiniRam intakes have no clearance problems with Camaro hoods, I'm not sure about the HSR and Firebird hoods...again, a search should tell you what you want to know. I have a MiniRam and like it a lot, many love HSR.

Hope this helps get the ball rolling for you.

Please show some respect. You did not see how 92 Formula was actually trying to help you. You will notice your thread did not receive any replies over the course of a few days while in its original forum (Aftermarket forum). At that point, 92 Formula tried to help by replying to your thread and moving the thread to a forum that might give better results. He even left a redirect in the original forum (Aftermarket forum) to this thread, so you're actually getting exposure via 2 forums. You may not have asked directly about clearance, but since you appear to be new here, and because clearance is often a consideration, 92 Formula's comments seemed appropriate.

Thanks.

Yes, chill out he really did help you out. He gave you a point on where to search for more answers as well. This has been covered a bunch of times. I also don't frequent the aftermarket parts section, and you got a reply on it which is more then you had before so you're ahead so far.

While I can't help with the cold air intakes (sorry, I'm a motor swapper) I will say this about the intake; we don't know if the HSR or a stock one with some runners and work is a good idea or not. You have to give us some information about the engine you're wanting to use, otherwise any answer we give will be totally useless. If you have a cam that makes peak hp at 7 or 8 thousand RPM and 230cc heads even an HSR will probably cost you power and something like a mini-ram would be appropriate. Without a doubt all 350s are not created equally.
This also neglects to mention your budget. Heck, if I had unlimited funds my 305 would be seeing a HSR or even some runners, but I'm going to use a stock intake with ported base/plenum because I'm a poor college kid. Doing what's optimal versus making do with what you've got is a HUGE stretch.
