Rims for 91 z28 camaro

I have a 91 Camaro, Z28. I am thinking of purchasing new rims. I want the
American Racing Torque Thrust II , polished and atleast 16s. What I need to
know is what is the backspacing, all that other stuff that I have to know to buy the correct size for my camaro. Please HELP!!

Welcome to TGO!

....well, this is the TPI forum, but the forum refers to the TPI motor itself, not the entire car. This should probably be in Appearnace and detailing, or Body and Interior. ...hehe, not really sure exactly!

.....but you're new, it's cool. Unfortunately I don't have the answer of the top of my head. Best bet would be an advanced search. Look under thread titles, not entire threads.

Try this search result. It's a bunch of threads that'll probably help.

You will be fine with a 4.5" bs on a 16x8 rim. You might want to consider a 255 on the rear with 245 on the front.

For the Formulas and T/As they have two specific TT2s in 16 x 8". The first has a 4" backspacing with -11mm offset and the other has 4.75" backspace with 5mm offset. I'm running 17 x 8" with the 4" BS and -11mm offset but if I had it to do over I'd get the fronts with 4" BS and 0mm offset. These specs should carry over for your Z with no problems.
