What's it called and Where can I get one?

I'm gathering the parts required to do the 165 to 730 swap. As far as removing the MAF is concerned, I've seen on the SD cars that there is a rubber/plastic assembly that connects the throttle body to the air filter shroud. What is this called and how/where can I get one?
Thanks

This post belongs on the DYI Eprom board. There is a sticky or tech article on this very swap.

I thought I had put it in the DYI Prom section - Moderators, you may move it if you like. I have searched the board for this information and I have studied the article in the Tech section. The article in the Tech section tells you to use an aluminum can to connect the two pieces. I'd like to get the real part if possible. I have not found any information about this part which can be seen in the following link:

Scroll down to the picture of the engine bay. The part that fits between the throttle body and the air duct. That's what I want to buy and I can't search for it when I don't know what it's called.
Please help me out here.
