350 ca smog legal intake
I have a 350 block to replace my 305, but my problem is that i dont know what intake to use to allow the flow i need. im ganna try to hit 400-430hp i heared tpi doesnt flow good, so what are you guys using to make the power and keep it legal, then on the other had im considering an ls1 engine, and its more expensive but im comfused im just looking for imput thanks.

Correct. The Accel Super Ram is the only smog-legal aftermarket intake. It consists of an Edelbrock base and a specific set of runners mated to a large plenum. You could also get an Edelbrock base and a set of AS&M semi-siamese runners and reuse your stock plenum.

SLP runners are the smallest, but you can port them bigger and better. The SuperRam is the best smog-legal intake out there. The others are just bigger diameter runners but the same length. Its the length that limits the horsepower.
