It wouldn't start
I got the car to turn over now but we put a new fuel filter on the car but that helped a little. We still can't get it to start the fuel pump is turning on but the fuel is barely coming out of the tpi. We have to start it with starting fluid but it won't stay running.

Your fuel pres. should be around 43.5 PSI, if not, the pump may be bad. Will it stay runing if keep spraying carb cleaner in the TB?

Check the fuel pres. let us know what the pres. is, it sounds like the pump.
The pump can be runing and not generate the presure needed to run the motor.
