setting timming
Im want to set timming on a 92 tpi. I know it is 6 BTDS, but I dont know at what idle speed. App is on a 305 manual trans. I have been told that you need to disconect the EST also when setting it, is this true.

Yes, you must disconnect the EST wire. Go back to this board home page and click on "technical articles". You will find info here to help you out.
