Anyone Recomend a good Cold Air Intake?

Hey yalls, I just wanted to drop in and ask if anyone here has a particular intake they may recomend? Im hoping for a good CAI for my TPI Trans Am. I just hate looking at the restrictions goin on in the stock one and know there is power to be had. Thanks fellas.

Hey, I think you may wanna search the "Alternate Port EFI Intakes" forum on this one..... They all range from TPIS' Mini-ram, Big-Mouth Intake, Holley Stealth Ram, Accel Super Ram & so on. It all depends on what money you have & what you are looking to achieve. You can search results for others who have tried each to gain knowledge of what you want. Good luck on that!

Haha oh well I knew about the different kinds of intake systems. I should have worded it differently.

Im looking for a Cold Air Intake. Sorry for any confusion guys. I just keep looking at the stock elbow and filterbox with absolute disgust. Thats all.

Re: Anyone Recomend a good intake?

I know SLP makes a pretty good one, but you can find it cheaper through the links on the site. I saw it for $285.00. I also have a question. Does anyone know if these aftermakret intakes will fit larger than stock throttle bodies? I have a 58 mm TB in an 85 Trans Am. Thanks.
