slight sputter between 35 and 45mph

I need help my car has a slight miss between 35 and 45 and really bad at 40 and no matter what gear its in or what rpm it is at i thought it was the tps so i replaced it and set the voltage at .56 no codes come up on the scanner and it seems to be worse the hotter it is outside but it doesnt matter how hot the coolant temp is please help its really pissing me off...thanx

This doesn't sound normal for a miss; a miss is usually dependent on engine RPM and/or load. Are you sure you aren't experiencing some odd phenomena with the lockup torque convertor? the PCM commands lockup at this speed, and will apply lockup in 3rd and 4th gear, but not 2nd or 1st. You can just disconnect the connector for the convertor clutch from the trans and drive it; it wont set an error code and you can rule it out for sure this way.
