its kinda crap right now, cause I'm on a tight budget. But I have a 350, stock bore, ZZ4 cam, stock 305 heads of a 90 tpi. Stock tpi intale setup, and a stock 305 prom. With long tube headers, and a cold air intake. I also just got a set of free 26 lbs injectors. I plan on getting different heads later, and I'm gonna try and find a stock 350 tpi prom chip, maybe it will run a little better with that, until I can get it custom tuned, how much power do you all think this setup with give? I'm sure it will be sweet down low, but definetly die off quick at 4500 rpms cause of the heads and stock intake manifold.

 

ZZ4 camshaft has too much lift for the stock heads, unless you have them machined, and put on new valve springs and retainers to accept the higher lift. Also, your car will run rich with the larger injectors and a stock chip.

Correct those two problems and you should put down 250-270 RWHP.

 

Not correct on the richness. I have a 360 cube with a 305 tune. I got 30#'s. Do the math and it only comes out to about a 10% difference. But that is my setup. As far as the cam i didnt like the zz4 cam. I ended up with a 224/230 cam, im not satisfied with it either though so it will be coming out. I ported my heads to flow 230cfm. Thats out of 305 heads, mine flow more than brezinskys heads. Gasket matched the lower intake, cleaned up th runner and left the top stock. My car runs like crap on the 305 tune mind you but not rich.

 

I made my statement based on seeing people put 24lbs injectors in place of both 19lbs and 22lbs injectors with a stock prom. In all cases the car ran rich, especially at wide open throttle.
