no start after CFI to TPI swap
I am getting spark and injector noid light is flashing while I crank. I am suspecting the fuel system as pressure only builds to 25psi max with tpi adjustable fpr turned all the way up. It builds to 25psi while pump is spinning and then drops to 20psi after. I swapped my fuel pump out a few years ago to a stock '85 corvette fuel pump (as I remember) but I'm still using the cfi fuel filter. Will the injectors fire if fuel pressure is to low? I am using an 85 computer and harness so vats is a non-issue.

25psi is not correct for that tpi. you need like a solid 40 to run properly. the 85 computer is not the best for a tpi swap from what i have read. but i dont think that is your problem.

yes. i would go and buy another filter and pump. pump sounds like its a tbi or cfi pump. try an 85 z28 with a "f" engine code.
