What should i gap my plugs to?

Im running ac delco rapid fires with msd super conductor wires and 47 psi fuel preasure, if that matters. There set at .45 Thanks

Factory is .35 but .45 is fine. With a better ignition system you want to make the gap bigger to help propagate the spark better.

yooo blade wasssuuppppp? The rapid fire's are pre-gapped to GM specs aren't they?
