Ok, first... is there any way to tell what ratio your rockers arms are?
Did any of the 3rd gens come with roller tip rockers from the factory?
Did any of the 3rd gen's ever come with aluminum heads, besides vette?
What's the difference between self aligning roller rockers and non-self aligning roller rocker arms?
And finally, what's the easiest way to lash valves?
Thank you.

I think the 3rd rockers are 1.5 but I am not sure. Also the TPI motors are supposed to be rollar motors from what I have read and been told. I don't think alluminum heads were ever offered on 3rd gens.

"Did any of the 3rd gens come with roller tip rockers from the factory?"
Nope !
"Did any of the 3rd gen's ever come with aluminum heads, besides vette?"
Nope!
"What's the difference between self aligning roller rockers and non-self aligning roller rocker arms?"
The non-selfaligning need a guide plate bolted to the studs in order to keep the pushrods "aligned" with the rocker arms.
"And finally, what's the easiest way to lash valves?"
First you do em with the engine stopped, by the book. Then you do the final adjustement with the engine running, by backing off the nut until the rocker starts clattering, then tighten it until it stops, then 1/4 turn more.
Thank you.
