tbi to tpi

from memory there used to be a tbi to tpi tech article ..does it still excist ???
i bought a 1986 tpi and want to install it on my 1991 ..just need some info from it

i found the article however it is tbi to map tpi ...can maf tpi work on 1991 and keep all other accessories working ...ie speedo ???

What exactly did you buy? Did you purchase a harness already, ECM, PROM??
If you just bought the intake set up, might want to think about going with speed density anyway. It would be easy to convert if you didn't already buy the harness and computer related stuff.
Let me know and we'll go from there

the tpi i bought was from a 1986 corvette
consists of
harness
ecm / prom
runners
manifold
all associated sensors that where attached to the motor a brand new maf sensor
the auto kickdown cable
+ other stuff that i dont need (serpentine belt setup ,alternater etcetcetc
it was everything that was bolted to the motor because the motor was ending up in a hotrod with carb

I just completed a similar swap and I am very pleased with how it turned out, will be glad to offer any help/suggestions you may need.

without getting into debate what is the easiest conversion for my car maf or map ??
