If so, how do you like it?

Hey 88 GTA, that would be a sweet setup, I have seen them on 2 different cars, here in Panama City at the end of the 2000 POWER TOUR, I saw one on a 406 powered 80 El-Camino. I spoke to the owner and he said that he loves it. I've also seen one a few years back on a 69 302 Z-28, it worked pretty good, but the owner said that it had idle problems and it took him about a year to get it properly tuned. I think that his main problem was that the 30# injectors were just too much for that small cube 302. I would love to have one if Edelbrock would just offer it with just the manifold and fuel rail assembly, they would sell ALOT MORE...PERIOD. It is based on the VICTOR Jr. intake manifold so it has a very high HP potential. I think that a 90-92 Speed Density system would work great with this manifold with the right PROM tuning and injectors. You could even use a MAF system with it if you got that ACCELL 90 degree neck that bolts to a holley carb pattern, and uses a conventional throttle body, and just hook the MAF up conventionally. Lets hope that Edelbrock get off of their PROUD HORSE and get real. TPIS should do the same thing, if they would come down a couple of hundred on the MR-2, they would sell like BUDWEISER . What do you think? HTH's

I was thinking the same thing. I have a SuperRam setup now, but it is time for DFI and I don't want to spend the money. If I sell my SuperRam stuff I might look into the Pro Flo system. Thanks a bunch

Hey Ashley, I remember the 69302 DFI set up. The guys name was Gary Morrison and he was in the Tidewater Camaro Club. He did have a rough time getting the car to run properly.

Hey Rob, long time no see. That 69Z was pretty nice wasn't it? It had a really great sound to it. How are your two TPI cars doing? I am in the process of having my full-length 1-3/4" headers coated by www.pbmotorsports.com they do excellent work and you can't beat their prices. I'm also upgrading to a www.drgas.com 3" X-PIPE full dual setup. I have the 3" TORQUE TECH setup with an H-PIPE now, but want a different unique sound and the added performance. Have you ever heard one of those X-PIPE systems? They are incredible, just like the "TRUE-VALUE I.R.O.C. series." TTYL Rob.

Ash....

most race shops should be able to custom make that set up, just ask around to places that do EFI like FastTimes, ASSC, Hahn RaceCraft, etc.

I just received my Pro Flo #3500 a couple of days ago. It looks great and the kit comes with everything. Things that I was worried about like the proper size fuel line was included with clamps! Can't wait to get it on my 406.
I have read the installation/owners manual and they recommend 1-3/4" long tube headers with true dual 2-1/4" exhaust(on a 350). I have the Hooker 2210 1-3/4" long tube headers and I hope my Edelbrock cat-back will be enough. The manual says that if you don't have good headers that you will have to detune the fuel curves and if you don't have a free flowing exhaust you will have to detune it even more.
