Best Fuel Pressure
I got a 89 350 Formula MSD 6AL ,Supercoil ,TES Hi flow cat edelbrock cat back ,pulleys ,open element ,ported plenum ,crane AFPR. Thanks This will be for racing sunday.
TPIS insider hint books say 50psi but every one seems to get different result with different cars, just gotta try it out. I'd start with 50psi and work back down and then back up if you have to, since we all don't have a dyno in our garage SOTP is the only thing we have to go by.
I'm using a ADSchip,37psi at idle with vacum hose connected 47psi with hose disconnected works purdy good

Different with every car. You need to test and tune at a dyno or at the very least a track to get optimal results

I too say..."every car is different". Your existing mods and condition of your engine are great factors. I may have an imbalance in my fuel injectors which require more fuel pressure than yours or vice versa.
O2 readings are a good indicator if you have a scan tool. And even then, they can vary a bit from car to car. But generally, 02 readings of 900 mV is what seems to work the best @ WOT for most people. The flatness of the O2 readings is another indicator worth noting.
But the stat that is the most important is what you do at the track, given temperature, elevation and humidity. You can find that the optimum pressure for the best et will be different for a given day, if you are trying to bet the "best" times.
