i figure sombody here most likely knows how to properly time this engine, so do me and my dad, but when we attempted to properly time the thing, every instruction we see says to find this tan and black single wire, and disconnect it or something (cant remember what exactly) but the thing is, we cannot find this wire at all, so my question is, does anybody know where this thing is located?

 

Near the firewall on the passenger side just above the heater core. Has a black connector that you can unplug.
