Will LT1 heads bolt up to a TPI intake and block???

I want to know if the LT1 heads will bolt up to a TPI intake and what type of 350 block 2 bolt 4 bolt or both???

No, the LT1 heads have a different bolt pattern, as well as different casting that prohibits them being bolted to anything but an LT1 block. However, with some major modifications to the LT1 heads, you can put them on a regular SBC, but its not worth the money.
