the small port on the bottom is the ported vacuum supply for operating the EGR (runs back to the egr control relay then over to the egr)and for the hydrocarbon canister(runs over to the vacuum control valve near the canister). This port only has vacuum at part throttle.(that means when you are off idle with the throttle partly open)

So where would this go if you had no EGR? I am running a miniram and trying to rehook everything up.

Thanks again

if you are still using the charcol canister run a vacuum hose from the port to the canister control valve. This valve has a big hose coming from the canister and a big hose going to the throttle body. There is a small port on this valve...connect the vacuum hose from this port to the small port under the throttle body....if you are not using the canister or EGR BLOCK the port under the throttlebody off with a rubber cap.Are you using the stock computer?stock chip?if not does the new chip still control emmisions(ie turn the cantister electric control valve on ....turn the air pump control valves on?

Thanks for the reply, the new chip is actually an Accel DFI. I have a solid roller cam in the motor so a lot of sensors will not be used (smog pump, knock sensor...)
