Car runs funny and when you put in in drive bogs down.why any idears.

I had the same issue a few weeks ago, I would go into changing the inexpensive things first, like cap n rotor, spark plugs and wires. make sure to check the ohm's on all your fuel injectors (should read 16+ for stock 19lb/hr), check your fuel filter ...are you using 92 gas? When does the idle go bad? if its right on startup it could be your EGR and/or FPR which is located directly under your manifold. GOODLUCK !!!
