More bad news...
Took the car out for a spin tonight, and she was knocking like no other!!! it was horrible and the funny thing was that the knock sensor didnt pick any of it up, i still have to get around to changing that sensor, but any ideas on the knocking issue?? i figure im gunna check the fuel pressure and what not, but thought i would ask you guys since im sure many of you have had this problem thanks in advance...

Are you sure it's knock? The knock sensor doesn't work?
I've heard "knock" that turned out to be an exhaust leak.

if it starts and stops i imagine its your exhaust i had to change my exhaust about a month ago because of the knocking sound.
