Noticed a tenth gain on my g-tech from this simple mod...

Home made "ram-air". I didnt bother fabricating fancy boxes or anything. I simple got a piece of flexible aluminum dryer duct tubing. My air boxes were already cut out. What I did is bend the tube at a 90 degree angle and stuck one end behind the foglight, then the other end contacting the back of the air filter. It's not air tight, but it took me a whole 2 minutes to do it. I gained a tenth on the g-tech, plus it feels a whole lot better on the freeway at high speeds

That's cool Blade!
I purchased some metal ducting from HOME DEPOT to put in for a ram air on my IROC. It's just a little too cold here in PA to put it in but I can't wait till I get it done. The metal ducts are shaped just like the oval where the fog lights are and they bend at 90 degrees then all I need is a little bit of tubing to the filters.
Thanks on the info on the reduction on your time.

I DID THE SAME MOD MAN.
I USED 7 INCH DUCTING FROM HOME DEPOT.
JUST BENT THE ENDS TO FIT WHERE IT NEEDED TO GO, VERY EASY!
DEFFINATE GAIN ON THE HIGHWAY.
PLUS LOOKS COOL THROUGH THE GRILL, NO FOGLIGHTS.
