tired of searching need help on intake torque

dpopped a bolt down my intake, it's pretty much down past where the distributor gear goes and heading towards the bottom of the piston, no grabber tools will get it, so i have to take my intake off again (I know next time i will plug the distributor hole) but anyways i've searched and searched and can't find the the flbs of torque for the the tpi intake, i know i'm suppose to hand tightin them them torque them to ??? then to ?? then the final torque. i used to have a link to that but i can't find it Thanks*J*

Have you tried one of those extendable magnet tools to retrieve it? They look like a radio antenna with a magnet on the end, and you can get them at most parts stores. If you do have to remove the intake, my factory shop manual says 35 ft. lbs. on the intake bolts. Personally, I think that's a bit much, especially if you're still using the stock torx bolts, which like to strip out. If you torque them to 25-30 ft. lbs., you should be fine. You want to start with the middle bolts and criss cross back and forth while tightening them. I have a pic of the sequence in the book, but no way to post it.

Well i made the mistake of getting stainless bolts from tpiparts.com, so the magnet won't work. I didn't use the old intake bolts, i got a set of arp intake bolts. don't i have to torque them like 10-15 all the way around before i go 2 30-35.
