power guesses?
I bought a 73 350 with a tpi system on it w/ 350 inj, but the heads are 305 heads, they are the early 80's HO heads, im guessing the car probably has the stock 350 cam in it. the tpi came off an 86 t/a 305 and the injectors were changed, i was told the computer was updated also, here is the supposed cam specs and block information, the heads are 58cc i believe and should bring the compression to 10.5:1
Cam specs: Hydraulic, Lift: .450/.460 (intake/exhaust), Duration: 346/360 (i/e), with 1.5 rockers.
ive also got a set of 1.65 roller rockers but they are 7/16, is there any way to make them work? ive also got a set of hedman headers and y pipe, if i install roller rockers that size will i have to change anything in the computer?
how about if i changed the heads to 2.02? I dont know how sensitive the computers are.
btw the stock output for the block was 245 and the output on the 305 tpi was 190, the 73 350 had 9:1 and the 305 had 9.5:1 compression.

Re: power guesses?
youll probably have a lot less than 290 to the wheels with 305 heads, expecially if they are early 80's heads.
get a new set of heads on there, that will make a world of difference.
