Still have chip problems

Like the subject says. I have a Custom fastchip for my setup. The first chip they sent me made the car surge very bad at 2000rpms if reved slow but if reved fast it would rev to no end and rev fast. The second chip they sent me does not surge as bad and is not noticable with the car in park or while driving untill you are cruising around 2000rpms and you can fill the car jurking. Today I put the stock chip back in it and it quit jurking and the revs faster and it feels like it pulls harder but revs like crap below 3000rpms. Is this normal for a custom chip to have these kind of problems. Thanks

Maybe something's not agreeing with your cam? I don't know. Doesn't Ed guarantee his chips? Guess, you'll just have to get new ones until you get one right.
