With a new computer, like a 1227730. Oh yeah, and if you don't already have PassKey, you will need a custom PROM, or retrofit it in like I did. All S/D thirdgen TPIs had PassKey.

Do you have to change your wireing harness and if so how hard is it?

You wouldn't have to change the wiring harness, but you would have to alter it greatly. The MAF wiring harness won't fit into a S/D computer, therefore you would need the connectors for the computer and re-wire the connectors. Then just remove the MAF sensor wires and run some for the MAP sensor (or just use the MAF wires if you don't care about color correctness). A wiring diagram should walk you through it fairly well.
