how much power can I make with TPI

I am thinking about selling my 78 T/A and buying a 91-92 firebird and building up a 383 stroker and later adding a supercharger and I wanted it to be TPI. if I get the edelbrock base along with SLP runners can I get one to flow to 5300-5500 RPM I really donot want to turn this sucker past 5500 so I can use stock rods with confidence I want to make it a torque beast. or is the only way she is gonna make power thru a mini or superam? also with a supercharger to I need to turn serious RPM to take advantage of it?

When Vortech bolted a S trim unit on to a stock L98 it made 350hp. I'd go with ATI for our cars though.
With edelbrock base+runners, AFR 195 heads, a cam that stays around 212/220 .480.485 and 114 or higher, 1 3/4 headers, free flow catback, ATI w/aftercooler...
You will see the power I think you're looking for.

But big gains can be had by switching to a Superram or Miniram when running a blower. The stock block can take up to 6500rpms by the way.

Thanks theformula I am wanting the exact bodystyle you have. Have you made some decent power with your 305 I was going to do some mods to the car before I drop the 350 or 383 in and wanted to know what I can expect. I am wanting a good mid to low 12 second car with this combo that handles pretty well and idles in traffic. My daily driver is a 2001 Z/28 it should pull mid to low 13's stock so I am wanting some thing that is a good second or so faster than my camaro.
