Ultimate Stroked 350 to run on pump Gas without dropping below 12mpg

This title pretty much says it all... we're talking The ULTIMATE in hardcore What are the best parts to create the best combos?
Would it be in my best interest Just to Go with the Ramjet 350 /385hp? Box of rocks if you're around i'd be extremely gratefull for any input also from Stephen.. I know i've got A lot of these questions going around regarding suspension and such... Just trying to learn here boys.. Thanks in advance

Ummm ... you did say ultimate ..... so ....

Get a Rocketblock. You can stroke those boys to 461ci. Basically, you now have a 461ci small block. Use those 4 valve/cylinder heads that cost $3000. Add twin turbos, FelPro SEFI with wideband O2, Big solid roller camshaft, custom intake with monoblade throttle body, TH400, 12-bolt, etc.

About 1200hp speaking conservatively.
