How much extra lift will a 1.6 rocker give over a 1.5? My cam specs are 208/221 474/501 @112

Also I have a line on a set of used ZZ4 alum heads. Are these better than Vortec heads? The ZZ4 heads are $550 for the pair?

Your .474 lift becomes .5056 lift, your .501 lift would be .5344 lift. However, that sounds like a ZZ3/ZZ4 cam and it was .474/.510 lift, so .510 lift would be .544 with a 1.6 rocker.

The ZZ4 heads are not better than the Vortec heads. They are lighter, but they don't flow as well. I've got a set of the ZZ3/ZZ4 heads on my engine right now and at 10.6:1 with a Holley stealth ram, SLP 1 3/4" headers and a 220/230 .510/.510 cam, I made 299 RWHP and 338 ft lbs. I'm going to put better heads on it soon and go in search of 400 hp (as well as long tubes and a bit more cam).
