trick flow on a 305
NO, These heads are 64cc chambered, and your 305 is 58cc. You would drastically lower your compression ratio. In addition, I think the 2.02 valves would hit the side of the cylinder wall. You need 1.94 valves.
Look towards something like the World Product S/R Torquer 305 heads (perfectly legal), or Corvette Aluminum heads (need to set up a Corvette style EGR system).

If you can find a set of original Twisted Wedge G1 heads they will work great. CHP ran a comparo on all the available heads back in the summer of '95 and the TF's smoked every other head that would fit on a 305. I bought mine back in Dec '95 and ran them for 50K miles on my LB9. (BTW, I'm still running them on my ZZ4 shortblock.)
With the G1 head (this doesn't apply to the newer G2s) the valves won't hit because the chamber is turned. Only the exhaust valve is in any danger and that is with lifts in excess of .65". So there's no real danger.
As was pointed out, you will lose some compression with the 64cc chamber, down to ~8.5:1. I ran mine that way and I'm sure I didn't give up much HP. If CR is an issue you could get a machine shop to shave off a little extra to bring the CR back up when you get them decked.
