Is it normal
When i hook a pressure gauge to test portion fuel rail when i turn car on it shots to 50, then slowly drops back? like constantly drops back down to 0, slowly?
Im thinkin my pumps the problem because it will run good when cold, but stalls and looses all fuel pressure when hot (see Fuel Issue - L98), now a regulator wouldnt cause this issue when warm only would it?
Apprently car has new holley pump, but the regulator b irratic all the time right? when pump isnt HOT the car holds 50psi awesome, spikes to 60 when revving.. could the regulator crap up when hot?

Re: Is it normal
Stinger,
Check to make sure there are no leaks in:
-your afpr -gasket is still good (not leaking)
-Fuel line connections
-fuel log cross over (sealed with an o ring)
-Injectors - at either where they plug into the mani or into the fuel log
Then you might want to check the fuel pump. If the fuel pump is the problem and you anticipate future mods, you might just want to get a walbro 255 and get it over with. But its up to you in terms of what to get if that is the problem in the end.
Take you time and be safe checking for the leak it is gas after all!
Good luck,
Rabi C.
