i got a 91 z with a 305. i did all of the small mods to it. the largest one was the whole exhaust system. i have a fuel pressure regulator and im not sure where to set it at. what should the pressure be set on?

My 92 305 TPI, when I still had the 305, the stock PSI for mine was 42 psi. My car ran best however at 44 psi. Really its different for every car. For example: everyone told me to run my fuel pressure at 47 to 48 psi so I did and it started back fireing on me so thats when I turned it down till I got the best power/economy at 44 psi.
