Intake installation

Going to be putting on my stock TPI intake soon. I have Fel Pro gaskets for the installation. Fel Pro recommends that a high tack sealer be used on the bottom of the gasket to keep it in place during installation. I have found that the Permatex Hylomar is almost made to order for this. That leaves the top of the gasket and the end seals. The gasket does not make full contact along the intake due to the way the casting is made. I want to use a gasket dressing on top of the intake gasket where it contacts the intake. However, using the Hylomar will not allow the intake to sit down and move as the bolts are put in place and tighened. I was thinking of using silicone here or the "Right Stuff" which is the best product I have ever used. I would prefer to use the "Right Stuff" for my end seals. Guess what I am looking for is what method have people had success with for sealing the gasket and the ends of the intake.

I always use Permatex Sensor Safe silicone sealant on both sides (very thin) of the intake gaskets and a 3/8" bead along both end rails of the block.

Also, I always install the manifold while the sealant is still wet (before it skins over) and make sure that it goes straight down with NO forward or backward movement as it's being set in place.

I also always dimple the block ends and the underside of the intake where it meets the ends of the block.

I believe I sent you a complete file on how I do it. If not let me know.
