I have the opportunity to pick up an Edelbrock Performer Intake w/ EGR & Throttle Body for around $100, with very little miles (under 500) on it. My question is, is this worth it? Am I going to notice a serious power increase? My current list of modifications are listed in my signature. Thanks.

Maybe I'm just stupid but is the Edelbrock Performer intake for carb applications only?

If it's the Hi-Flow for TPI SNAG IT! $100 is a steal on a $300 intake. Intakes don't wear out, so the physical appearance does not matter. As long as its not cracked or a corner broken off. Even stripped bolt holes can be tapped or heli-cored.
