Runner Dents
My TPIS runners have dents in them from the previous owner. Is there a way to remove them?

I have removed some with pliers, a punch, wood, whatever I can get my hands on. Its soft stuff, so its easy to make even more damage if you arent careful. A method I have not tried yet is the ball bearing method. You get a steel ball the size of the runner, and force it through. Sounds good enough in theory... and if you can find the appropriate ball.
I read somewhere before that a guy used a woode ball, like you can get in a hardware or hobby place. He said it worked pretty good. Later
