Holley 52MM TB idle problem

Ever since I put my Holley 52mm throttle body on, I cannot get the car to idle right. It will not start without me holding the pedal down slightly. Wont idle up, with the a/c on. I readjusted the idle in the computer to try and fix it, and still not fixed. The throttle body is the only thing that I changed. It is on a 305TPI which shouldnt make a difference, since my year model has the same cam as the 350TPI did. I think someone before told me that they had to drill the idle bleed hole a little bit. I also have a brand new TPS, and IAC vavle. Has anyone else had an idle problem with the Holley TB?
